With regard to this STANDARD contained in the parts and devices employed in Sony electronics products, this Standard to prevent the proscription((1) banned substances,(2) substances to be phased out, and (3) exempted substances and their uses), in order to realize the following aims and objectives: To prevent the above-mentioned substances from being used for Sony electronics products.To comply with related laws and regulations.To reduce the influence of the above substances upon the ecosystem.To contribute to the preservation of the global environment.

Sun Jun was founded in 1984, specializing in the development and manufacturing of RJ connectors with the primary goal of quality, research, innovation and sustainable management for products and services.We continuously strives to pursue the highest professional and ethical standards which are expected from all employees. In addition to environmental protection showing corporate social responsibility. Occupational safety related activities are also conducted in order to protect employees’ safety, health, energy conservation and the environment. Striving to fulfill social responsibilities, the guidelines for environmental safety, energy management systems, and the following work directions are the development commitments pursued by the company.

1. Sustainable Development

Improve quality and efficiency, strive to upgrade technology and develop new products, serve customers with a sense of priority, promote a good working environment, adding automation, rationalization and institutionalization, train employees, increase employee welfare, strengthen employee’s centripetal force and sense of accomplishment. To achieve the company’s goal of sustainable growth, comply with environmental protection regulations, improve resource efficiency and strive to become a green enterprise.

2. Supply Chain Development

In order to fulfill social responsibilities and to comply with CSR projects, we must cooperate with our complete supply chain specifications and management measures. In response to global resistance to mineral conflicts, Sun Jun is committed to not using conflict minerals and does not accept primary minerals (coltan, cassiterite, wolframite and gold from the Congolese and neighboring conflict countries in Central Africa, etc.) and these minerals are extracted into tantalum (Ta), tin (Sn), tungsten (W), cobalt (Co) and gold (Au) for use in electronics or other products. Suppliers are also strongly urged to provide “conflict-free mineral guarantees” to avoid the use of conflict minerals in the raw materials provided.

Supplier Evaluation

In addition to the quality delivery and price of the product, it must meet the requirements of the quality environment and safety and health laws to become a qualified supplier.

Supplier Management

Regularly hold meetings, review, analyzeand improve various quality issues, and negotiate the most effective ways to improve.

Supplier audit

Suppliers’ raw materials, quality, and delivery date are regularly evaluated. If the scores are not up to standard, an improvement report is required, and the manufacturer with high quality abnormal frequency is reviewed. If it is still unqualified, it will be delisted.

3. Green Management:

Following the environmental quality, Sun Jun introduces the concept of energy saving and carbon reduction into the enterprise, promotes the green electronics industry, and refers to the EU ROHS Directive, SS-00259 and other relevant local (including international) laws and regulations. All raw materials management and control have relevant regulations, implement pollution prevention, promote clean production, participate in all employees, and spread the concept of environmental protection.
